Fruita Yoga Transition

We are excited to announce that Fruita Yoga has found its new owners! We will officially be transitioning Fruita Yoga to Thrive Yoga Fruita on April 15th. Thrive Yoga Fruita is owned by the same owners of Yoga for the Peaceful in Crested Butte. They are passionate about providing a yoga environment that honors all traditions and dedicated to creating a community yoga environment that is inclusive to all!

It will be a smooth transition where the space will remain the same and you can still expect to see your favorite teachers on the schedule. The new pricing options are available online and you can find more information about the future offerings at Thrive Yoga Fruita by visiting Memberships and class passes purchased at Fruita Yoga will be honored for one year from April 15, 2018.

We will have a new Spring schedule in the next couple weeks so stay tuned to our Facebook and by checking out the MindBody site. We are in search of passionate yoga teachers so if you know of anyone that is interested in teaching please have them email

Thrive Yoga Fruita is beyond excited to continue supporting Fruita and the wonderful yoga community created by Fruita Yoga. If you have any questions please reach out to us directly.

With gratitude and enthusiasm,

Studio Update

Fruita Yoga has provided a dedicated yoga space, for people who love yoga, to practice and teach in Fruita for the past two years. A true manifestation of love, Fruita Yoga was brought to life by the collective effort of many people within our community. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all who have offered time and energy to make this place what it is today. The talented instructors at Fruita Yoga have offered over 2200 yoga classes since it’s opening and it has been incredible to see so many lives brightened through the practice of yoga. Thank you for your business and support.

I am looking to “pass the torch”, so to speak, at Fruita Yoga. The past two years have allowed me to realize some of the most fulfilling work of my life although in an effort to meet the needs of my family I am pursuing a degree in nursing. I feel that the community and business would be better served by someone who has more time and business management experience than myself. With that in mind, if you know anyone who would like to take ownership of Fruita Yoga, please contact me at 970-712-7051.

As it stands right now, our last effective day of business will be April 30th. Until that date we will continue to service your account as normal if you have a monthly membership. You are invited to come to the studio before April 30th to use remaining class passes. Refunds for class passes will not be available. Beginning April 1 drop in classes will be available for $5.00 per class. If you would like any changes to your account before April 30th, please send an email to

Please check the Mindbody app or frequently to see the most up to date class schedule.

Please contact me with any questions or comments. Thank you again for your support.

New Years Resolution Workshop.png
This time of the year is perfect to
explore what we really want for
ourselves and set some goals.
A lot of people begin the New Year by
making resolutions. We’ve all been
there. We take a vow to lose weight,
exercise more or spend more time
with our family. We start the year
with great intentions, but then we
quickly relapse into old habits. Why
is it so hard to stick to those New
Year’s resolutions? In this workshop
you are getting the tools to manifest
your dreams.
We will explore ways
you can make your
intentions a reality!
