Arm Balance & Inversion Workshop

Julie Meyers will be leading an arm balance & inversion workshop

Sunday September 24th from 4-6pm @ Fruita Yoga; $25.00; call 970-712-7051 to sign up

Arm balances and inversions can feel intimidating and daunting, yet these poses are great at connecting us to our inner strength while reminding us of our courage and playfulness.

All levels of students are encouraged to attend.  Participants can expect progressive sequencing for greater access to these postures.  Modifications and variations will be taught so you can progress while honoring your own process.

Julie has been practicing yoga since 2006, teaching yoga since 2013, and is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200).  She believes a good teacher is a good student and continues to study bio-mechanical alignment, yoga philosophy/ mythology and Ayurveda.  She aims to create an environment that allows each person to gain insight, feel empowered and experience their own individual transformation on their mat and beyond.
